Only Items that are damaged/faulty or have been misprinted at our fault may be returned.

We will not be held responsible for any faults with DTF Transfers from the customers end, please make sure you provide the correct images in high resolution (300dpi) and the correct measurements. We do not proof your artwork, we will print what you provide.

If you require any help with your artwork please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a solution.

We will not accept returns for Custom Printed Apparel unless the garment is faulty or it has been misprinted at our fault.

We do not take responsibility for any details you as the customer has provided - if you purchased the incorrect size or colour, misspelt text, provided low resolution images, wrong measurements or placement of designs.

Our equipment is colour profiled to print colours as accurately as possible, there may be slight variations in colours we cannot always guarantee 100% perfect colour matches to your design, Monitor displays can vary from user to user, and as with any print as it is not being digitally displayed on a monitor or your phone, tablet etc, which enhances and brightens the image it is not going to look exactly like what you see on a screen. 

As for placements on garments, we use laser aligners on our heat presses to get them as accurate as possible but as we are only human we will do our best to make sure every placement is the same but please understand there may be minor differences.

With the Custom Printed Boot Boxes we will contact you via email or phone and you will be provided with a photoshopped image prior to printing for approval, this will not look exactly the same as the finished product but it provides a good idea of how the finished product will look. Once this has been approved and printed, we are no longer responsible for any changes. We will not accept returns on these unless there is a fault with the actual Boot Box.

We will not accept any returns after 21 days from the dispatch date

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs

You will need to contact us prior to returning any items as we will not accept them unless we have been informed. We will need you to provide us with Your name, order number, product you would like to return, what the fault is and pictures of the fault. We will then provide you with the next steps.
