WE PRINT - YOU PRESS
Using wide format commercial grade equipment and consumables we provide you with the highest grade DTF (Direct to Film) Transfer sheets on the market, which are capable of printing at 58cm wide and up to 100m long
Vibrant, Full colour images, gradients, small details are all no issue for us! Our Transfer Film is top quality Hot Peel to save you time. Glitter Film does require to be Cold Peeled
You can apply a DTF Transfer to a wide range of materials including: Cotton, Nylon, Polyester, Leather, Denim and more all in under a minutes time!
Buying and maintaining these printers is expensive and time consuming so let us take care of all the printing, all you need to do is apply your custom design with a heat press
You can either upload your images onto our gang sheet designer or you can upload your ready made gang sheets for us to print
Your provided Artwork should be in a minimum of 300dpi with a Transparent Background if you wish for it to not have a Background. We do not take responsibility for poor quality prints if you provide poor quality artwork. If you are using our designer you may resize your artwork to suit your needs but if you are providing a ready made gang sheet, please make sure all your artwork is the correct size as what you provide is what we will print.

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS
We advise to only use a heat press for best results and longevity
COTTON
❶ Set temperature on heat press to 150 degrees - Medium/Hard pressure
❷ Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove any wrinkles and moisture
❸ Place transfer in the desired position (white side down)
❹ Cover with teflon sheet and Press for 10-15 seconds
❺ Hot Peel Film wait 5 seconds and peel, can be cold peeled if preferred (wait until film is cool to touch) - Glitter Film does require to be cold peeled
❻ Place teflon sheet over the transfer and second press for 10-15 seconds
POLY & 50/50 BLENDS
❶ Set temperature on heat press to 130 degrees - Medium/Hard pressure
❷ Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove any wrinkles and moisture
❸ Place transfer in the desired position (white side down)
❹ Cover with teflon sheet and Press for 8-12 seconds
❺ Hot Peel Film wait 5 seconds and peel, can be cold peeled (wait until film is cool to touch) if preferred - Glitter Film does require to be cold peeled
❻ Place teflon sheet over the transfer and second press for 8-12 seconds
If you plan not to press when received, we advise to store your prints in an air tight container or zip lock bag with silica packs to prevent any moisture from damaging your prints
