DTF Transfer Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days from order and payment date.

Custom Printed Apparel and Hoon Customs Merch range are usually dispatched within 7-14 business days from order and payment date.

Boot Storage Boxes are usually dispatched within 2-7 working days from order and payment date.

We may experience delays from time to time depending on our current workload, waiting on suppliers, consumables etc. But we do our best to dispatch all orders as soon as we can. We will contact you via your provided information if delays will be longer than expected. If you do require your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to try make that happen.

You will be provided on checkout to select either standard or express postage options and it will be automatically calculated for you once your address details have been put in - please make sure you provide the correct address details as we will not be held responsible if you put in the wrong address details.

Once items have been dispatched it is completely out of our control when they will arrive to you, you will be provided with tracking information and if any issues arise it is your responsibility to take this up with the carrier.
